CHURCH EVALUATION QUESTIONNAIRE
Periodically it is beneficial to take a step back and look at how we are doing as a church and obtain feedback from the congregation on how we might improve the ministry of the church. Even when we are overall satisfied with the health and direction of the church there are still areas that we can improve. The purpose of this questionnaire is to provide you an opportunity go give us feedback both in what we are doing well and what areas we can improve upon.
