Evangelist Ann’s Bio

Evangelist Ann Ingraham, Ph.D.(c), MBA

Evangelist Ann Ingraham was born and raised in Kingston, Jamaica. She currently resides in Puyallup, Washington, U.S.A. She was licensed as an Evangelist in 2009 in Tacoma, Washington.

Evangelist Ann holds advanced degrees in Medical Technology, Healthcare Administration, and a MBA in Information Systems. She is matriculating in a Business Administration Doctoral PhD program, specializing in the management of engineering and technology. Ann currently works as a Healthcare IT Consultant for a large healthcare system in the U.S.A.

Evangelist Ann is married to her husband and best friend of 25 years. They are blessed with a wonderful family. She, as well as her husband, and son served in the U.S. Army. Ann always knew that God(YHWH) gave her a warrior’s spirit and she also believes that when we accept Yeshua (Jesus) as Savior we enlist into Heaven’s Holy Army (Isaiah 8:13). Evangelist Ann is the President and Chairman of Eden Citadel Empowerment Association. Ann is the God-given vision bearer.

Evangelist Ann is called to minster and to teach God’s Holy Word per His will. Ann is a teacher and consultant. Her ministry teaching and consulting offerings include:

  • Kingdom Leadership
  • Spiritual Gifts Assessment and Application for the purpose of Kingdom Expansion
  • Strategic Planning for church growth, and
  • Transforming Ministry Operations by leveraging technology.

Ann believes that there is ONLY one TRUE God – the God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob. She believes that Yeshua (Jesus) is the Son of God and the final sacrifice made for the redemption of our sins. She believes that The Holy Spirit lives in each believer and is our comforter, educator and guide. She believes in the gifts of The Spirit according to 1Corinthians 12:8 – 10.

Evangelist Ann’s primary desire is to be OBEDIENT to the will of YHWH (God) and do what He instructs, and to go where He sends her.

She humbly asks that each person who receives her ministry Selah! And Shema! (“Stop and Listen” and “Hear and Obey”). (Psalm 46:11 and Deuteronomy 6:4)
