Evangelist Dr. Ann Ingraham was born and raised in Kingston, Jamaica. She currently resides in Puyallup, Washington, U.S.A. She was licensed as an Evangelist in 2009 in Tacoma, Washington.

Doctor Ingraham is an experienced leader in healthcare information technology and informatics with fifteen years of health information technology consulting. She is experienced in developing innovation strategies around new technologies, as well as leading advisory sessions and IT Program Management. Doctor Ingraham holds a Ph.D. in business administration with specialization in the management of engineering and technology. Her dissertation was a phenomenological study focused on the adoption of the electronic health record (EHR) by psychiatrists and psychiatric ARNPs in a community behavioral health organization.

Dr. Ingraham is also the CEO of Exponential HealthTech Advisors, LLC and Global Healthcare Solutions, LLC. Exponential is a veteran, women owned and small disadvantaged business with over 32 years of combined experience in strategic healthcare IT consulting. The Exponential team has immense experience in developing innovation strategies around new technologies, leading advisory sessions and IT Program Management. Global Healthcare Solutions provides professional healthcare information technology (HIT) consulting services to healthcare organizations. Dr. Ingraham’s professional goal is to continue her work to advance the adoption of innovative health information technology to better enable the delivery of quality healthcare with definite and targeted value to patients.

Evangelist Dr. Ann is married to her husband and best friend for over 26 years. They are blessed with a wonderful family. She, as well as her husband, and son served in the U.S. Army. Ann always knew that God (YHWH) gave her a warrior’s spirit and she also believes that when we accept Yeshua (Jesus) as Savior we enlist into Heaven’s Holy Army (Isaiah 8:13). Evangelist Ann is the President and Chairman of Eden Citadel Empowerment Association. Ann is the God-given vision bearer.

Evangelist Ann is called to minster and to teach God’s Holy Word per His will. Ann is a teacher and consultant. Her ministry teaching and consulting offerings include:

Ann believes that there is ONLY one TRUE God – the God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob. She believes that Yeshua (Jesus) is the Son of God and the final sacrifice made for the redemption of our sins. She believes that The Holy Spirit lives in each believer and is our comforter, educator and guide. She believes in the gifts of The Spirit according to 1Corinthians 12:8 – 10.

Evangelist Ann’s primary desire is to be OBEDIENT to the will of YHWH (God) and do what He instructs, and to go where He sends her.

She humbly asks that each person who receives her ministry Selah! And Shema! (“Stop and Listen” and “Hear and Obey”). (Psalm 46:11 and Deuteronomy 6:4)
